Aunt of the Year

Here is the quiz/invite that Karen sent to her niece, Megan, a few weeks ago to get her pumped and ready for her special weekend in Madison (click on the quiz for a closer look). Of course, we also wanted to have a better idea of what Megan most wanted to do during her time with us in Madison. Sometimes it's tough to guess what would seem most fun to an 8-year-old!

Megan surprised us a bit on some of her answers, especially that she wanted to stay home for pizza and a movie instead of a big, fancy night out. We were, however, not at all surprised that she wanted to eat at Chins, her favorite restaurant in Madison.

We also found it quite funny to learn from Megan's mom, Martha, that Megan took the quiz very seriously. Being the studious and conscientious student that she is, she carefully deliberated on each question, convinced that there was a "right" and "wrong" answer.

Anyhow, I think Karen wins the "Best Aunt of the Year" award, don't you?
